Return Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

  • Once your returned bottles are received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
