Shipping & Delivery

At SnubClub Co., we know you want to help your pup breathe easier as soon as possible. We are committed to getting your order processed and delivered smoothly, so you can focus on the belly rubs.

1. Shipping is On Us

We believe that caring for your dog shouldn’t come with hidden costs. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

  • Shipping Cost: FREE

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days

2. Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team gets to work immediately.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pick, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Heads Up: Sometimes it takes carriers 24–48 hours to update the tracking status after they receive the package. If your link doesn't work right away, don't panic! It’s on its way.

4. Delays & Transit Times

While most orders arrive within our 7–12 day window, occasional delays can happen due to high volume, weather, or carrier issues.

  • If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link first.

  • If there has been no movement for several days, email us at help@snubclub.co and we will help locate it.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your peace of mind is our priority.

  • Damaged? If your products arrive damaged, please snap a photo and email us immediately. We will send a replacement right away.

  • Lost? If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find the package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us so we can resolve it for you.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

  • If you spot a mistake, email help@snubclub.co immediately. We will do our best to update it before the package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
